We are all busy with our current work load. But for desired business growth, we need to work beyond our comfort level. But how can we manage time for that? Do we have that amount free time?

In most cases, the answer is no. We are generally busy with existing work regardless of the current business status we are in right now. So finding new doors need free time. That means we need to have a system which can help us get some time from our existing workloads. In general, people actually divert some works to their teammates to save time. But in this era, you can do it by using tools like the automated tasks and management system.

Tools can help you complete difficult tasks in a time and stress-free way.

But here you will face one more problem. You will find many tools on the internet, and choosing the right one can be an overwhelming task. Because finding a right tool is not an easy procedure, you need to focus on the functionalities, scopes, pricing etc.

In this post, I will share five tools every business should have to ensure their business growth.

1) Asana – A Project Management Tool

It doesn’t matter if you are working alone or with a team, you are surrounded with lots of works. You have lots of tasks to complete. We need a system that will help us to manage everything in a time saving way.

Asana is one of them. I have been using it for the last 5+ years and it helped me save a lot of time. It is simple and free. I am using their pro version for some advance functionalities.

Here are few big names that are using asana to manage their big teams.

  • Hubspot
  • Upwork

2) Hubspot CRM

If you are doing business, you expect more customers. That means more phone calls, purchase inquiries, email communication, quotation etc. All this will increase your stress. You can’t remember all the tiny details in your head. But for better business, you need to remember some details on your leads. Some details on your last meeting. This is how relationship is built and business grows. Hubspot CRM can be the solution. This is a completely free CRM with lots of functionalities.

Some alternate recommended CRMs

  • Zoho CRM
  • Bitrix24

3) Calendly – Scheduling Tool

When is the last time your lead scheduled a meeting with you? How did you schedule it? In most cases we go with manual scheduling system over phone / email. And it is perfectly fine. But I found that a smart scheduling system can move you forward. I have been using calendly. It has a smart and simple layout to help your followers / leads to schedule a meeting with you. This tool will let them know your available time (as per you provided), and can schedule accordingly. And by adding it to your google calendar, you can automate the process even with email reminder.

4) Wave App Accounting Software

In business, we actually need to track everything. We need to track our earnings and expenses, send invoices and monitor them. But all accounting tools are kind of expensive. The more functionality you need, the more you have to pay for it. But wave app can give you an easy solution of your business accounting. In my business I have tried so many tools and checked trial version. I found wave app has almost same features all the paid tool. So you can give it a try.

5) Mailchimp – Email Marketing Tool

Email automation is what most business people do. But that is not just about the email automation. We actually need to sort out our email list by their status. This could be on their purchasing behavior, lead source, lead type etc. In mailchimp you can segment your audience in an easy way, and send them the most specific emails. Compare to other alternatives like aweber, mailchimp cost less. You can also use their limited service for free until you have more than 2k subscribers.

These are five tools which can really save your time and money so you can focus on the other parts of your business. Again, to ensure business growth, we need to work out of our comfort zone, so we should automate as many things as we can to save time, money and stress. Let me know if you want to suggest something else.
