This tool will let them know your available time (as per you provided), and can schedule accordingly. And by adding it to your google calendar, you can automate the process even with email reminder.

In business, we actually need to track everything. We need to track our earnings and expenses, send invoices and monitor them. But all accounting tools are kind of expensive.
