What would you do if a client was completely happy with their website, the project was finished, and the payment was already made, but you still felt the website could do more for their business?
At Bizcope, we rebuilt it.
Our CEO and founder, Nahid Hasan, recently joined Christo on the WP Dev podcast for a conversation about the story behind the 1,000+ websites we’ve built to transform our clients’ businesses.
The conversation covered our journey, how we approach web development, why client satisfaction matters so much to us, and the thinking that has shaped Bizcope over the years.
Why We Rebuilt a Website We Had Already Delivered

One of the stories Nahid shared was about a website we built for a fitness coach.
The client was happy with the website. She had paid for the project, and from a traditional agency perspective, the work was done. But when Nahid looked at the website as the end user, he saw more opportunities to make it useful for the client’s customers.
So, we rebuilt the website from scratch without asking the client for additional payment. The goal was not simply to give the client a website they liked. We wanted the website to serve their customers better and contribute to the growth of their business.
We Build Websites Around People, Not Just Designs
A website can look great and still fail to do its job.
That is why we bring research and marketing into our web development projects. As Nahid explained during the podcast, we involve an experienced researcher and marketer in projects so we can understand different customer segments, their psychology, and what they actually need from the website.
This changes the way we approach web development.
Before deciding what a page should look like, we want to understand who will visit it, what they are looking for, what might stop them from taking action, and what can move them closer to becoming a customer.
Your Website Has a Job. Let’s Give It One.

Build Your Website TodayWhat 1,000+ Clients Have Taught Us
We’ve now served more than 1,000 clients worldwide, and many of the ideas we follow today have been shaped by that experience.
One of the biggest lessons is that a happy client can become a powerful source of growth. A good relationship can lead to repeat work, referrals, recommendations, and new opportunities without relying entirely on paid advertising.
Our Goal Goes Beyond Growing Bizcope
When Nahid was asked whether he had achieved the goal that originally pushed him to start Bizcope, his answer was interesting: not yet.
The original goal was to create job opportunities in Bangladesh. But as Bizcope grew, Nahid realized that we could create even more opportunities by helping our clients grow their own businesses.
He shared the example of an HR solutions company that had a small team when we started working with them. After a few years, the company had grown almost ten times, creating many more opportunities for people along the way.
That’s another way we think about our work.
The Thinking Behind Zero Dollar Marketing
Toward the end of the podcast, Nahid also talked about his upcoming book, Zero Dollar Marketing.
The book brings together more than 16 years of his experience and frameworks developed through working with more than 1,000 clients worldwide. The central idea is to build marketing systems that can create growth without blindly depending on advertising.
In many ways, that philosophy connects with the way we approach client relationships at Bizcope. Do the work well, create real value, keep the relationship strong, and let satisfied clients become part of the growth engine.
