Bizcope held another event on 11 October to show appreciation to its employees. Themed ‘Bizcope Thank You Day’, the event was complete with fun activities, gifts, and rewards for the team. Team members were awarded profit shares, royalty shares, medical allowance, laptops, best performer awards, and many more. Bizcope plans to make this an annual tradition to show its dedication to its most important asset – its employees.
We hope to continue to provide our team members with the best working environment and benefits so that they can continue to excel in their careers.
We planned to take an opportunity to thank every one of our teammates’ parents for their support in helping us grow as a successful company.
We sent official invitation letters to all the parents and we knew it would help us gain the confidence to face the challenges and show us the way to build a better working culture.
It was the first event since the lockdown happened two and half years ago. Organizing this event was challenging. Finding a venue for weekends was difficult, weekdays had their own challenges too. We thought about 4-5 venues and finally selected Hotel Sarina at Banani, Dhaka.
The team members did a great job making the event full of fun. We were very engaging with the guests and made sure everyone was having a good time. We, along with our parents, enjoyed the buffet and had plenty of food to choose from. They were also impressed with the special dishes like pasta and desserts that were available.
We also kept a game ‘Build Your Own Tower’ that our parents loved immensely. There was a total of 7 teams and we supplied them with marshmallows and toothpicks to build their own towers. They enjoyed the game because it was well organized and they were able to interact with other guests.
They were thrilled with the level of play and said it was some of the best they had seen. They also loved the atmosphere and felt it was electric.
The employees seemed to enjoy the profit-sharing and royalty-sharing awards and cheques. They were excited to receive them and thought that it was a great way to show their appreciation for their work. Overall, they seemed to be very happy with the event and the awards.
