The Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers & Exporters Association (BKMEA) has been collaborating with the Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP) since 2015.
This initiative, driven by the Ministry of Finance of Bangladesh and supported by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), aims to develop a skilled workforce to boost the country’s productivity and global competitiveness.
BKMEA has successfully implemented three phases (Tranche 1 to 3) of the SEIP project, with the final phase concluding in December 2024.
Project Challenge
BKMEA faced a significant challenge in their mission to onboard a large number of trainees within a short period.
This challenge was amplified during the rollout of the third tranche of the SEIP project, where tight deadlines and high trainee volumes required a strategic approach to both outreach and engagement.
Bizcope’s Approach
Our digital marketing team at Bizcope took on the challenge by implementing a comprehensive digital strategy, focused on:
- Targeted Campaigns: We developed and executed data-driven campaigns on social media platforms, focusing on regions with high-potential trainees.
- Content Creation & Optimization: Tailored messaging highlighting the benefits of the training programs, along with creative visuals, helped attract attention and engagement.
- Efficient Trainee Onboarding: To ensure seamless onboarding, we employed digital registration tools and quick-response systems to manage a large volume of inquiries and sign-ups.
- Partnership with SEIP: By closely collaborating with SEIP’s team, we aligned our outreach to ensure that the governmental objectives and deadlines were met without compromising the quality of onboarding.
Results
- 4000+ Targeted Leads in 30 Days: Through strategic paid campaigns, we achieved significant lead generation, exceeding expectations within a short timeframe.
- Massive Trainee Sign-Ups: The overwhelming response allowed BKMEA to not only meet but exceed their trainee onboarding target.
- Increased Engagement: Social media engagement rates soared, thanks to the well-targeted campaigns and compelling content, reaching a diverse audience across Bangladesh.
- Streamlined Process: The integration of digital tools ensured that all trainees were onboarded smoothly, even under tight timeline constraints.

I also thanks all the BKMEA Staff for their cooperation to reach this achievement. Again I thank to Bizcope for the support and we hope to work continuously for future courses. Wish you the best.”
The moment we got this appreciation message from BKMEA, we became immensely grateful for the trust and collaboration that BKMEA has shown. We look forward to continuing this partnership in future projects.
