Whenever we do some internal meetings, we discuss how we can add more value to our customers’ life, how we can be a strong part of their business growth. Whatever we decide, whatever we do, we do it for our customers. We want to focus more on our customers rather than competitors. We believe this is the only way to build a better world. Whatever successes we got so far, just because we are a customer-centric company.
In this post, we will highlight the key points of our first half of 2019.
1) Appreciation from Machranga TV
At the beginning of this year, we have started with very positive energy and received 11 new projects from old clients in January. That gives us lots of confidence. The confidence has been even increased when we got a call from Machranga TV and learned they want to feature us on one of their Tech related programs. It always inspires and boosts up our confidence when your hard work gets some appreciation from leading TV channels like Machranga TV.
2) We achieved success in our Amazon projects
We have started building a new team for passive projects, and our main focus was in POD and Amazon. We have come up with a few sites and working very hard to create high-quality content for our visitors. And after doing lots of research and creative works, we were able to produce very high-quality content. Our SEO campaign is also helping us get a good return from those new sites each month.
3) We have started Knowledge sharing event
We have come up with an event Idea called “Bizcope Knowledge Sharing”. Our main motto for this event was to help our community with our experience. You can know more about our first knowledge-sharing event on this link.
4) We Redesigned our Bizcope website
We have redesigned our website so our visitors can get an even better experience when they visit our website. 5) We added more value to our SEO service (new team member)
It is always important to bring experienced team members so we can keep providing quality services to our clients. We have added a couple of experienced SEO professionals in our team which strengthens our service. We can now provide even better service, can handle more competitive and complex projects. We can also handle more projects as the team is growing up.
6) We added more premium tools
We always try to add new tools in our subscription and purchased lists. Why? To give even better services to our customers. That is what we did. We have added more and more tools this year. Right now, we have all the mentioned tools below to serve even better to our clients.

7) We have now internal research team ‘Bizcope Learnings’
Now we are a bigger team with different levels of expertise. That’s why we have come up with some aggressive internal training activities. We have built our own ‘Knowledge Base’, weekly training, and also some external training sessions. The goal of these activities is that all of our members try to develop their skills. We believe skilled people can only provide quality services more professionally.
And this is just the beginning. This flashback is all about to let you know what we are doing, has achieved, and also to keep tracking our own work. We have a roadmap to follow and a long way to go. Keep an eye and will keep you updated about the progress.
